Shaji is a seasoned finance professional with 30 years of extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation in the UAE. An MBA in Finance, Shaji possesses in-depth expertise in Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax regulations, including specialized knowledge of free zone corporate tax rules such as qualifying income and arm’s length principles.

With hands-on experience in customs reconciliation, target audits, and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS), Shaji has established himself as a trusted expert in navigating complex financial and tax landscapes
